- A fresh, breathable underlay was installed across the affected roof areas, providing essential protection against leaks while allowing ventilation. We then fitted treated timber battens to create a strong base for the tiles. Once the preparation was complete, we carefully reinstated the tiles, replacing any broken or unusable ones with matching alternatives to maintain a consistent finish.
